Sizing
Each item has a size chart and details in the product description. Please take a moment to review before placing your order. If you’re unsure, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to help with sizing questions.
We run small batches, and every order is handled personally by me. All sales are final, which helps keep us sustainable as a small business. Returns are only accepted if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, and must be reported within 2 days of receiving your package.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hola@formyhomegirls.com within 2 days of receiving your package. After 2 days, I can no longer offer a replacement or store credit.

To process your request, you must:

Include your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue.

Ensure the item is unused and in original condition.
Shipping
Orders take 7–10 business days to fulfill before shipping. At checkout, you can choose between:

USPS Priority Mail (faster, usually 1–3 business days after dispatch)

USPS First Class Mail (more economical, usually 5–7 business days after dispatch)
Occasionally, I may ship using UPS if it’s the best option.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. FMH is based in San Diego, CA.
Special Dates
If you need your order for a special occasion, leave a note at checkout and feel free to email me at hola@formyhomegirls.com. I’ll do my very best to make it happen. I can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, but I’ll always try to ship faster if I can. Once I drop your package off, it’s in the carrier’s hands and out of my control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order leaves my hands, USPS (or UPS if used) is responsible for delivery. If your package is lost or stolen:

Contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS (or UPS at 1-800-742-5877) with your tracking number.

If they cannot locate your package, email me at hola@formyhomegirls.com with your order number so I can guide you on next steps.
Please note: I’m not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages, but I’ll always do my best to point you in the right direction.

Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.

Order Changes/Cancellations: Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed, so please review carefully before checkout.

Delivery Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. FMH is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Carrier Delays: FMH is not liable for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond my control.
